Humphreys Restaurant, renowned for its world class waterfront views, live music every night of the week and award-winning wine list, has unveiled a new look and flavor, taking this San Diego landmark to the next level. Executive Chef Paul Murphy has reinvented the menu, giving Humphreys a new attitude to compliment its sophisticated interior. The modern global cuisine features influences from around the world, including Asian, North African, American and more, embellished by his classical French training.

“We’re putting a new twist on the Humphreys experience that locals and visitors have known and loved,” said Chef Murphy. “By fusing high quality ingredients with unique flavors from around the world, we have created a culinary offering sure to inspire your palate.”

Some highlights from the new menu include pan-roasted Georges bank scallops with black trumpet mushrooms and asparagus purée; seared Sacramento sturgeon with Nueske’s bacon, orange marmalade, polenta, and brown butter-sage sauce; seared lemongrass crusted swordfish with basmati rice and red Thai curry sauce; and grilled Brandt natural beef filet with spoon spinach soufflé and port wine sauce.

This sensory experience is complete with the chic new contemporary décor designed by Liz Bartell Designs. Soft soothing hues are complimented by shimmering artistic accents and stunning glass chandeliers, creating the perfect glow for a romantic evening. Every detail was considered with this renovation, making the interior of Humphreys every bit as beautiful as its waterfront view.

Large parties consist of a minimum of 15 people and no more than 25. Groups larger than 25 require private banquet facilities and should
contact our sales department to make arrangements.

Brunch
Humphrey's award-winning brunch is served every Sunday from 10am to 2pm. Along with beautiful bay views, you'll enjoy an endless selection of mouthwatering creations, tempting desserts and free-flowing champagne. Reservations are recommended. Humphrey's also offers very special holiday brunches on Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Holiday brunch menus and prices may vary.

Inspiring views from the waterfront banquet rooms provide an unforgettable setting for your special event and can accommodate up to 150 guests.

Humphrey's open-air facility (home of Humphrey's Concerts by the Bay) provides the perfect backdrop for any event. This bay side venue accommodates up to 1,200 guests.

Let Humphrey’s light up your holidays in style! Our spectacular waterfront banquet rooms and state of the art tent structure on the concert lawn come complete with all the trimmings. Chef Paul Murphy, from our award-winning Humphrey’s by the Bay restaurant, has created special holiday menus guaranteed to impress all your guests.
